• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud) and will notify you and refund any payments made.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP (or displayed currency) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• Prices may change, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
• Payments are processed securely via our payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card details.
• You must provide valid payment information. We are not liable for delays due to payment failures.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.
• For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

As a UK consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (exceptions apply, e.g., personalised items, unsealed hygiene products). Faulty items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (up to 30 days for full refund/repair/replacement).

6. Our Liability

We supply goods as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing excludes our liability for death/personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or non-excludable statutory rights.
