At Penavira, operated by CARBIDE TOOLING E-COMMERCE LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to love every purchase. This Return Policy explains how to return items, request refunds or exchanges, and your rights as a customer. We comply with UK consumer laws including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

1. Change of Mind / Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer buying online (distance contract), you have the right to cancel your order and return most items for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason.

• Notify us in writing (email preferred to wdzi3999@outlook.com) within 14 days of receipt.
• Return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels attached, in original packaging, and resale-ready.
• We refund the full amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return postage (e.g., tracking number).
• You pay return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

2. Exceptions to Change of Mind Returns

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed hygiene/health products once unsealed (e.g., underwear, swimwear, intimates)
• Items that become inseparably mixed with others after delivery
• Other statutory exceptions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described, or incorrect, you have stronger rights:

• Contact us within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or full refund (your choice in the first 30 days for most cases).
• If more than 30 days but within 6 months, we may repair/replace first; if unsuccessful, refund or price reduction available.
• We cover return shipping costs for faulty/incorrect items (use tracked service and keep proof).
• Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

4. Return Process

1. Email us at wdzi3999@outlook.com with your order number, reason (change of mind/faulty/etc.), and photos if damaged/faulty.

3. Pack securely with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
4. Ship back using tracked/postage service (we recommend this; we are not responsible for lost returns).
5. Once received and inspected, we process refund/exchange (typically within 7-14 days).

5. Refunds

• Refunds to original payment method only.
• Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of return for change of mind).
• We refund standard delivery for full-order returns (change of mind); we do not refund original delivery for partial returns.
• Deductions may apply if items are damaged due to your handling or missing parts.

6. Exchanges

For size/color/style exchanges (subject to availability), follow the return process. We process once we receive the original item. You may need to place a new order if the desired item is out of stock.

7. International Returns (e.g., to US)

For orders outside the UK (including US), return shipping is your responsibility. Customs duties/taxes paid are non-refundable. Contact us for guidance on tracked international carriers.
